Please join this holiday season for our annual holiday mixer and charity fund raiser supporting
The donation to attend the mixer is $55 for a single ticket or $110 for a company with three attendees. The donation is paid directly to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the LA Harbor and 100% of the registration proceeds will directly benefit this vital organization. If you do not wish to make your donation online, you can bring a check the night of the event, payable to: Boys & Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor. Raffle Tickets: The mixer festivities will include awesome raffle gift opportunities. You are able to advance purchase tickets for the raffle, with 100% of the proceeds going to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor. Tickets are available for advance purchase at $25 per sheet; for each $100 spent to purchase tickets you will receive an extra 25 tickets. You can also purchase the raffle tickets the night of the event (cash or credit card).
Holiday tree ornament: There is a separate raffle for a TV by purchasing a $50.00 holiday ornament from the holiday tree. The holiday tree ornament proceeds from the will be used by the Boys & Girls Clubs of LA Harbor to purchase holiday toys for their holiday events.
Raffle Donation: If you can provide a raffle gift valued at $75.00 or more - please send an email to Elaine at elaine@wspa.org. Suggested items include gift baskets, electronics, sporting tickets, vacation packages, gift certificates or gift cards for movies, restaurants, retail stores or golf. A donation receipt will be provided at the estimate value.
Exhibit tables: WSPA has 10 tables (6’) available at $300 each if a company would like to have a mini tradeshow type display. The tables will be located in the main event room and available first come first serve for location. Coordinate with Elaine elaine@wspa.org
